Crossroad Tuning

Two tuning systems ( 12 Equal Temperament & Stretch Octave ) cross at between F4# and G4. Neighber Semi & Diatonics of this crossroads are the Blue Note in itself. And you want to take values of Stretch Octave.
The best example is A5. When you begin to play the Guitar, at the monent your finger touches A5 [ 2nd String, 8th Fret ], you want to be choking to Stretched A5. But I don't know why, they call Stretched A5 "Blue Note".
